Morgan picks the spookiest and scariest story:
I’d have to say Witchbane. It’s solidly MM paranormal romance, but it sticks close to my urban fantasy roots and the bad guy is scarier than the usual romance villain. If you like Supernatural or Buffy the Vampire Slayer, you’ll feel right at home.
By comparison, I’d say Badlands and Treasure Trail were medium-spooky, still with plenty of ghosts, magic, and supernatural creatures.
Huntsman (Fox Hollow Zodiac) and Kings of the Mountain are less spooky, although they’ve still got shifters, spells, psychics, and lots of paranormal goings-on!
I try to make sure my series are varied enough to offer something for everyone, from slight chills to major thrills!
